30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your UPDesk Pro. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, we'll make it right.

Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be in original or near-original condition.
• No questions asked — if you're not happy, neither are we.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@updesk.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
• If your item arrived damaged, we'll issue a full refund immediately — no need to return the item.
• If your order was never delivered, you'll receive a full refund or a free replacement.

Exchanges

Want a different color? We'll swap it within 30 days. Email support@updesk.com and we'll handle it.
